OUR PROCESS

Everything we produce at CAN Woodwork is unique and handmade to measure in our workshop in Odense. We never produce ready-made standard solutions, but high-quality joinery so that it exactly matches your wishes and needs that can last for generations.

We work with a fixed process every time we start a new project. We do this to optimize the workflow and to make it simple and clear for our customers, who are always in focus.

01 First Contact

Send us an email and tell us a little about your project. Feel free to add photos of the room and possible inspiration pictures. Feel free to write if there are requests for materials, special needs and other relevant things. From there we can make a price estimate - completely free of charge.

02 Design Phase

We meet at your home and measure the room. We talk about your wishes and details. We are happy to bring material samples, suggestions, and advice.

03 Offer & Confirmation of Order

You receive a fixed-price offer that details the project. This is followed by a contractual confirmation of order once the offer has been accepted and the task has been agreed upon.

04 Approval Drawing 

We draw the project up as a detailed 3D model drawing. After you have approved the final drawing, we prepare a production plan and set a schedule for delivery.

05 Production

At our workshop in Odense, the joiners produce all parts and elements for your order. You receive regular updates from the workshop and are of course very welcome to stop by and see the process.

06  Transport and Installation

We have a lot of respect for our customers' calendars, which is why we notify you in good time and agree an installation period that fits in with your schedule. Our installation team are very considerate and always leave your home tidy and in the same condition as it was. We typically transport and deliver our products and projects personally, and naturally insured.

07 Final Delivery

On the last installation day, we review the project together and check that everything is delivered as agreed.
